Key Responsibilities
Our Training Programme
Your time at MP will begin with an intensive, focused training programme designed to give you the foundations to succeed in Project Controls. You’ll build knowledge in both theory and real-world application, while learning what it means to work as a consultant at MP. And your development won’t stop there — we’ll continue to build your capability and credentials through dedicated quarterly training sessions within your first year, some of which will lead to recognised professional certifications.

You will build expertise in project planning, monitoring, and reporting whilst working within MP’s blue-chip clients. Our training spans foundational to expert levels in:
- Planning and scheduling
- Cost control and forecasting
- Reporting
- Change management
- Risk management
- Data analysis
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A self-starter; conscientious about self-development
- Can work as part of a team – an ability to gain credibility and build rapport with colleagues is a must
- Excellent communication skills showing tact, effective listening skills and the ability to present and defend points of view to a variety of audiences
- Understanding of customer management
- Use own initiative, whilst demonstrating good attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, persistence and tenacity
