About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and motivated Trainee Project Coordinator to join their growing remote project delivery team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for graduates, administrators, customer service professionals, and candidates looking to build a career in project management, business operations, and project coordination.

You will support project planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication while gaining valuable experience within a professional project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of projects across multiple business areas
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
  • Coordinate meetings, project updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Monitor project timelines and assist with task tracking
  • Support project managers with administrative and operational activities
  • Maintain accurate records and project documentation
  • Assist with reporting and performance monitoring

Skills & Experience

  • Interest in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Project Coordination
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • No project management experience required – full training provided
