Project Manager – Sales & Client Campaigns
Chelmsford, Essex | Full-Time | On Site
Manage client campaigns from strategy through to execution, bringing together sales performance, people, and commercial objectives to deliver results.
Myriad is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery and development of sales and customer acquisition campaigns for nationally recognised brands.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll help coordinate the people, performance, and priorities behind client campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of client sales campaigns
- Understanding client objectives and translating them into campaign priorities
- Monitoring sales, customer acquisition, and campaign performance
- Coordinating teams to ensure projects remain on track
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaign results
- Supporting team performance, development, and accountability
- Communicating campaign progress and results
- Contributing to client growth and business development

You'll develop a strong understanding of how sales strategy, customer behaviour, team performance, and campaign execution work together to deliver commercial results.
The Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:

- Confident managing people and priorities
- Highly organised and comfortable taking ownership
- A strong communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Analytical when reviewing results and identifying improvements
- Adaptable and confident solving problems
- Motivated by responsibility and professional development
Experience in sales, account management, business development, campaign management, or project coordination would be beneficial.
