Morgan Prescott Limited

West London & Surrey — field-based

Monday–Friday, 10:00–16:00 (30 hours per week)

£19,800 base + uncapped commission — realistic first-year earnings £29,000–£40,000

About Morgan Prescott

We are an approved temporary accommodation provider, working directly with local authorities to house households who need somewhere to live. Ealing Council have approved us, and we have further council approvals in the pipeline.

That approval is not easy to get. Councils vet providers hard — on compliance, on standards, on whether you can actually deliver. We got through it, and it is the part of this business we are proudest of.

Alongside that, we manage a growing portfolio of HMOs and residential lettings across West London, and we're actively taking on more of both.

Why this role is different

This is the company's first hire.

You will not be slotted into a team, handed a rota and left to it. You will work side by side with the founder and our business partners, on the actual growth of the business, from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

That means the ceiling here is not a job title. It's whatever you're capable of building.

What you'll actually do

You will touch every part of this business. That's the point of the role.

Temporary accommodation

Working directly with the founder to build out our TA portfolio — sourcing suitable properties, preparing units to council standard, managing placements, and handling local authority inspections and relationships. This is the fastest-growing side of the business and you will be central to it.

Operations and compliance

Running the day-to-day on our HMO and residential portfolio. Viewings, tenancies, the compliance calendar — HMO licensing, gas safety, electrical certificates, deposit protection — contractor coordination, and tenant issues. Compliance is not paperwork here. It's what protects the licence to operate, and you'll own it.

Sales and growth

Approaching landlords, pitching our management service, and winning new instructions. Letting rooms and units. Every deal you close, you get paid on. Directly.
