What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn and develop across the full 360° recruitment process, including:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Sourcing and engaging top technology talent
- Developing new business and winning clients
- Cold calling, prospecting and generating new opportunities
- Managing candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Building and owning your own specialist market
- Developing your personal brand and professional network
- Working towards clear targets and financial goals

Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, real estate, hospitality, retail, customer service, sport or another target-driven environment is advantageous, but not essential.
