What does the job involve?
You'll specialise in contract recruitment, connecting highly skilled technology and infrastructure professionals with companies that need them for projects across the UK, US and international markets.
That means:
- Speaking to engineers and technical professionals
- Building your own network of candidates
- Winning new clients and understanding their requirements
- Managing the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement
- Negotiating salaries, rates and contracts
- Developing your own specialist market and client base
- Ultimately becoming an expert in a sector that is growing rapidly

You're working in markets including AI infrastructure, data centres, cloud, networking and critical digital infrastructure – areas where demand for specialist talent is increasing as investment in AI and digital infrastructure accelerates.
