The Company - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

One of the top higher-level recruitment firms in the Finance space, recruiting Associates all the way to C-suite professionals. Working within Private Equity and Investment Banking, the financial services are one of the most lucrative markets in the recruitment world, and they are thriving at the moment! This company just had their best month to date, with their top biller bringing in over £800k. To be the best, you have to learn from the best – and who better to learn from other than the Director and Managing Director of the company? You can join with 2 other graduates, bouncing off of each other’s achievements and guiding one another to success.

The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • £27.5k base with an increase to £30k once promoted
  • Extra potential £3k up for grabs during your first 6 months before you’re on min commission structure
  • Promotion within 6 months and then on main commission structure of 40% with no threshold
  • One on one training from top billers who are billing over a million
  • Work from home is target based – bill a certain amount of revenue each month and you’ll get 1-2 days WFH
  • OTE year 1 – £45k+, year 2 – £70k+, year 3 – £100k+
  • Client meetings with company card twice a week – drinks / lunches / coffees
  • Holiday incentives – Dubai, Venice, Vegas, Ibiza
  • 3x wellbeing days a year – take the day for an activity of your choice – spa days, family day, marathon
  • Rooftop bar in office – great for after work drinks or office parties
  • Beer fridge for early finish Thursdays
  • Incentive wheel – extra cash, half days, free dinner, WFH
