Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultant (Apprentice-Level) – Driver Hire London West
£26,500 + Uncapped Commission | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Driver Hire London West is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our team as a Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultant. This is a fantastic entry point into a recruitment career — no prior experience needed, just the right attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Full training and hands-on support will be provided every step of the way.
You’ll be guided through the full recruitment cycle, from building client relationships to sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates, as you develop into a confident, capable consultant.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to build and manage relationships with clients across the transport and logistics sector
- Get comfortable picking up the phone to introduce our services and explore new opportunities with clients, we’ll teach you everything you need to know
- Source, interview and register candidates
- Match candidates to suitable temporary and permanent vacancies
- Manage the process from first enquiry through to placement, with guidance
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and candidates
- Work towards individual and team targets as you progress
- Take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota (approx. one week per month)

What You’ll Need
- A full, valid UK driving licence – essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’ll be speaking with clients and candidates daily, including some outbound calls once you’re trained up
- A professional, polished manner and good presentation
- Enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- No previous recruitment experience required, this role is ideal for someone starting their career
