  • £28k base salary with an increase to £32k within 6 months
  • Incredible career progression with a target-based promotion that’s hit at month 5 or 6
  • Commission structure that reaches 50% with no threshold

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Fast-paced sales role aiming to place tech professionals with your clients
  • Earn commission from making your placements (on top of your base salary)
  • Cold calling, LinkedIn, headhunting, advertising to source your candidates
  • Become an expert in your space by mapping the market and understanding current trends to advise clients on hiring plans
  • Be the middleman between client and candidate, setting up interviews and prepping them for any difficult questions that may pop up
  • Negotiate the deal and get them an offer
  • Make a successful placement and get your commission
