The Benefits for this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary with an increase to £32k within 6 months
- Incredible career progression with a target-based promotion that’s hit at month 5 or 6
- Commission structure that reaches 50% with no threshold
- OTE in year one of £50k

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast-paced sales role aiming to place tech professionals with your clients
- Earn commission from making your placements (on top of your base salary)
- Cold calling, LinkedIn, headhunting, advertising to source your candidates
- Become an expert in your space by mapping the market and understanding current trends to advise clients on hiring plans
- Be the middleman between client and candidate, setting up interviews and prepping them for any difficult questions that may pop up
- Negotiate the deal and get them an offer
- Make a successful placement and get your commission

The Profile We are Looking for: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 for above from a top 50 university
- Charismatic and energetic
- Sales skills or experience in a sales-based role
- Strong communication skills
- Naturally inquisitive
- Competitive nature
- Financially motivated
