Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Progression to Director
Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm, with early finish on Fridays!)
Location: Bristol City Centre

The role you will play:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will become a specialist recruiter within your market, responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will:
- Source and interview high-quality candidates
- Build relationships with clients and win new business
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Become an expert within your specialist market
What we will look for in you:
- Highly motivated and goals orientated
- Passionate about self-development and progression
- Competitive and resilient
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Looking for a long-term career with leadership opportunities
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
