Lowen Talent has exclusively partnered with this high-performing, organically grown recruitment business, based near London Bridge, specialising in education recruitment. They are looking for ambitious individuals to join their team as Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultants.
This is not your typical role - they are looking for people who want to build a serious career, earn serious money and progress quickly.
What will you be doing?
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to manage the full recruitment process, from winning new business through to successfully placing candidates. Your training will cover areas including:
- Business development and winning new clients
- Building and managing relationships with schools and education professionals
- Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Negotiating fees and salaries
- Developing your own client and candidate network
- Hitting and exceeding individual and team targets

Who are they looking for?
You don't necessarily need recruitment experience. What matters is drive, resilience and a proven ability to succeed. Ideal backgrounds include:
- Hospitality, particularly people used to targets, pressure and high levels of customer interaction
- Sales, including B2C, B2B, retail or similar
- The Armed Forces, with a disciplined, competitive and driven mindset
- Graduates with 1+ year of post-university experience
- Anyone with a strong track record of achievement who wants significantly greater earning potential
