The Company - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Founded by two best friends who were the top billers of their previous company and so decided to branch out and start their own recruitment firm
- Focusing on the tech space, specifically AI and Cloud, they recruit mid-level to C-suite level professionals
- Top biller is billing fees as high as £300k, taking home a hefty chunk of this due to the 40% commission structure
- The founders believe in hands on training, allowing you to get stuck in and earn money from the very start
- Hiring 3 more faces for the cohort of 6
The Incentives - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary + 40% commission with no threshold
- Year 1 OTE – £50k
- Quick progression – First promotion within 6 months (+ a pay rise!)
- One-to-one training from the Managing Director
- Classroom lessons with the top biller in the business
- WFH Wednesday
- Fridays finish at 2pm
- Brand new office with a gym and table tennis

What you need to qualify - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated from a top 50 university – obtaining a 2:1 or above
- Sports background – whether that’s individual or in a team
- Strong A-Levels – Grade B and above
- A good work ethic – willing to put in the effort to succeed at the job
- A real and solid financial motivation – a backstory to why you want to earn good money
The Job Role Itself – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
