- £30k base salary with on-target earnings of £50k in year 1!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Build and manage relationships from day one, with start-ups, scale-ups, key decision-makers and leading businesses across the AI and data markets.
- Speak with high-calibre and leading professionals about their careers.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Understanding client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Source and engage top-tier talent and candidates across multiple search channels
- Act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients throughout the whole recruitment process
- Provide engaging interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation support and guidance
- Drive new business through pitching to high-growth tech and cybersecurity companies
- Consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets through placements, revenue and growth
- Further developing your own specialist market and personal brand

- A recent graduate from a top 40 university
- Highly ambitious, confident and target-driven individual
