Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: London
Base Salary: £28k
OTE – £50k
We are looking for 3 mature, commercially aware and degree educated individuals who are looking to get into one of the top Tech recruitment firms in London.
The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary + 40% commission with no threshold
- Year 1 OTE – £50k
- Quick progression – First promotion within 6 months (+ a pay rise!)
- One-to-one training from the Managing Director
- Classroom lessons with the top biller in the business
- WFH Wednesday
- Fridays finish at 2pm

The Person We Want – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2026 graduate with a 2:1 or above
- 2025 graduate who has commercial experience or has been travelling
- Sales experience preferred – cold calling, KPIs, B2B, B2C
- Confident people skills
- Money hungry – will do what it takes to get the deal done
- Competitive – driven to be at the top of the leaderboard
