What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll take the skills you've developed in sales and learn how to apply them in one of the most rewarding and lucrative industries around.
You'll:
- Build and develop relationships with candidates and clients
- Identify business opportunities and generate new revenue
- Source high-quality talent through headhunting, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Become a specialist within a high-growth STEM market
- Build your own personal brand and market presence
