£27,200 basic | £35-40k+ OTE Year 1 | £55-70k+ OTE Year 2

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll take responsibility for building and managing your own network of specialist candidates while supporting the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
You'll:
- Identify, attract and engage high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Develop and manage your own network of candidates and industry professionals
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep information accurate and organised
- Develop specialist knowledge within your market
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver successful recruitment solutions
- Proactively identify new opportunities to grow your network and results
- Build your reputation as a trusted recruitment professional
