Newcastle upon Tyne
Starting Salary - £27,600 + Uncapped Commission (typical OTE in first year £35k+)

We are currently hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Newcastle team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We specialise in the Cloud Tech industry (covering Cloud, Data, AI, Cyber Security), this is a growing and highly in demand sector, with us you'll become a specialist recruiter, becoming a trusted advisor to both your clients and candidates! no prior knowledge of tech or cloud is required!

What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to develop and win new business opportunities with clients who are looking to recruit for their key tech vacancies
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Managing the full sales and recruitment process
- Consulting with clients and candidates to deliver recruitment solutions
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
