Trainee Recruitment Delivery Consultant

Skillfinder International is looking for ambitious, confident people to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Delivery Consultants.
You do not need previous recruitment experience. If you have worked in sales, telesales, customer service, account management, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced, people-focused environment, we can teach you the rest.
What matters to us is your attitude. We are looking for people who are competitive, motivated, resilient, and comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new people.
What does a Delivery Consultant actually do?
You will work alongside experienced recruitment consultants to find specialist candidates for our clients across international technology and financial services markets.
On a typical day, you will:
- Search for and headhunt candidates using our CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and the latest recruitment technology.
- Speak to candidates to understand their experience, career goals, and motivations.
- Build relationships with specialist professionals across international markets.
- Match candidates with live opportunities and manage them through the recruitment process.
- Work towards clear individual and team targets.
- Use AI and recruitment technology to work smarter and identify talent faster.

Who are we looking for?
You might currently work in sales, telesales, estate agency, hospitality, customer service, or account management. Alternatively, you may be at the start of your career and looking for an opportunity where your personality and performance can take you further.
You are likely to succeed if you:
