The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join their growing Manchester team and be trained to become a full 360 Education Recruitment Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships with schools across Greater Manchester to generate new business opportunities.
- Proactively manage and develop existing client relationships.
- Source teachers and support staff through job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
- Manage the full candidate journey from initial interview through to placement.
- Build your personal brand and become a specialist within your chosen market.
