What you’ll be doing

  • Winning new clients by proactively calling and emailing potential clients, introducing Leap29 and uncovering hiring needs
  • Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted recruitment partner
  • Sourcing top talent through headhunting and sourcing professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and your own network
  • Managing the full process from screening and interviewing candidates through to offer, onboarding and global mobilisation
  • Creating engaging content, writing adverts, posts, mailshots and other campaigns to attract candidates
  • Owning your market by becoming an expert in your niche sector and geography over time

You’ll be someone who:

  • Is target-driven and enjoys working towards goals and achieving results
  • Is self-motivated, proactive and able to maintain momentum when working towards long-term objectives

Previous experience within a sales role; telesales, inside sales, call centre, B2B or B2C would be desirable but if you bring the right attitude and energy, we can teach you the rest!
