Integritas R2R Recruitment Consultants

Integritas R2R is on the lookout for Entry-Level and Trainee Recruitment Consultants for a number of our clients across London.

Starting basic salaries of £27k–£32k DOE, plus uncapped commission and competitive OTE.

We’re working with a range of growing recruitment businesses who are looking for ambitious, driven individuals to build a career within recruitment.

Our clients operate across a range of specialist markets, including Technology, Life Sciences, Hedge Funds, Quant, Commodities, Data Centres and Mission Critical.

We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are keen to build a career in recruitment and want the opportunity to develop within a specialist market.

No previous recruitment experience is required - they’re interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic, ambition and desire to succeed.

Looking to build a career where your success is genuinely driven by what you put into it? Whether you’re a recent graduate, coming from a sales background or already have some recruitment experience, this is an opportunity to build a career in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.

The role

Recruitment is ultimately about people.

You’ll spend your time speaking to candidates, building relationships with businesses, understanding what both sides are looking for and bringing the right people together.

That means picking up the phone, having conversations, asking good questions, spotting opportunities and learning how to influence decisions.

As you progress, you’ll build your own network, develop relationships with clients, win new business and become responsible for your own area of the market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who they’re looking for

Recruitment experience isn't essential.

They're looking for people who are ambitious, competitive, resilient and motivated to build something for themselves.

You could be:

  • A recent graduate looking for a genuine career rather than simply a first job.
  • Working in sales, telesales, business development or an SDR role.
  • From a target-driven, customer-facing environment.
  • Already working in recruitment but looking for greater development and responsibility.
  • Someone who enjoys competition and is motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Naturally confident and comfortable speaking to new people.
  • Highly motivated, resilient and willing to put the work in.

They care more about attitude, ambition and potential than having the perfect CV.

If you're looking for a career where you can develop quickly, build a strong network and directly influence your earnings and progression, we'd like to hear from you.
