Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: London
Start Date: Summer 2026
Salary: £28,000
OTE in Year 1: £45,000
The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Leading recruitment firm, focusing on Fintech
- Placing senior Data, Software and Cloud professionals into Private Equity and Investment Banking
- 14 heads in the London office, looking to hire 3 more
- Huge fee sizes of up to £250k
- Top biller is bringing in around £860k each year
- Works the UK and US markets
- Opportunity to move to the Miami office once 2 years in

- 40% commission structure with no threshold

The Job - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast paced sales-based role aiming to match clients and candidates

The Person We Want – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2025/2026 graduate with a 2:1 or above
- Minimum BBB at A-Levels
- Sales experience preferred – cold calling, KPIs, B2B, B2C
- Confident people skills
- Money hungry – will do what it takes to get the deal done
- Competitive – driven to be at the top of the leaderboard
