The Incentives to the Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £30k base salary + 40% commission on top!
- Average earnings in year 1 = £50k
- 40% commission structure with no threshold, allowing you to maximise your earning potential!
- 1-2 days working from home – target based
- 25 days paid holiday + 2 weeks at Christmas

The Job: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development – headhunt your own clients and show why they should trust you
- Source the candidate that they are looking for via cold calling, networking and headhunting through all platforms
- Organise timetables and interviews – being the middle man between client and candidate
- Help them with tips and insider info for the interviews
- Get them an offer and negotiate the deal
- Make the placement!

The Ideal Profile: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Minimum BBB at A Level
- Sales experience preferred
- Confident people skills
- Energetic
- Mature
- Financially motivated
- Sporty
