Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£28K Base + £50K OTE | International Recruitment Firm | Early Finish Fridays

Our client is a growing recruitment firm with an established presence across the UK and Europe. They specialise in mid-to-senior level recruitment across Communications, Research & Insights, and Policy & Public Affairs, working with some seriously impressive organisations, from multinational corporations and leading charities to major PR consultancies and influential trade associations.

What will you actually be doing?
From day one, you’ll be getting involved in the full recruitment process and learning how to build your own desk.
You’ll be:
- Finding and engaging top talent through LinkedIn, networking and market research
- Working alongside experienced consultants and learning how to run successful searches
- Researching markets and building longlists of relevant candidates
- Speaking with senior professionals and building your network
- Attending client meetings and developing commercial relationships
- Building your personal brand within your specialist market
- Keeping up with current affairs and market trends to become a credible industry expert
- Managing relationships with both candidates and clients
