WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a part of the Searchability National Security & Defence team, you will join a highly experienced team who will support you to become a successful 360 recruitment consultant by providing full 1-2-1 training and a range of extensive tools to excel in your recruitment career with us.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Sourcing candidates for live vacancies
- Business development to grow your client base
- Navigating all aspects of the candidate journey
- Working in a target driven environment
- Staying informed on industry trends
- Utilising tools and technologies in line with our company data standards
- Occasionally you will be required to travel for Security Cleared EXPO events / client meetings, so you'll need the confidence to be client and candidate facing in person / over the phone / digitally

- Sales experience is ‘nice to have’ but not essential
- Ambitious & target driven
- Excellent communications skills
