Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 09:00hrs – 17:00hrs


Are you a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills? Looking for a career where you can develop, progress, and make a real difference? dh Recruitment is looking for a motivated individual to join our busy Glenrothes office but servicing Fife, Grangemouth, Falkirk, Stirling and surrounding areas.


Based in Glenrothes, you’ll support the recruitment of drivers and logistics staff for clients throughout the FK and KY postcode area, building strong relationships with both candidates and local businesses.


This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in recruitment, with full training provided and a clear pathway to becoming a Recruitment Consultant.

📋 The Role

Your Day Will Be Varied And Include

  • 📞 Making outbound telesales calls to prospective and existing clients across the FK and KY postcode area
  • 😊 Providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates
  • 📝 General office administration
  • 📅 Booking and coordinating interviews
  • 👥 Interviewing and registering candidates
  • 📂 Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day operations
  • 🤝 Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates throughout the FK and KY postcode region

✔ What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Confident speaking with customers and potential clients
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Computer literate with a willingness to learn
  • Positive, motivated and professional attitude
  • Own transport is essential
  • Previous sales, customer service or office experience is advantageous but not essential
