The Client – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Working within Private Equity and Hedge Funds
- Offices in London, Dubai and New York
- Works the UK and US markets
- WFH 1-2 days a week after probation
- £28k base salary with an increase to £32k once promoted
- OTE £50k Year 1
- Offers great training, with an academy style training as well as hands on
- Work drinks on a Thursday with the team
- Late start Fridays
- 28 days paid holiday + birthdays + bank holidays
- Opportunity to move to Dubai once a Senior Consultant
- Lunch club every Quarter for the top performers
- Team socials every month – Michelin star restaurants, Ascot, Winter Wonderland, city breaks
- Quick progression – promotion within 6 months and another within a year.
