Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Sector

Location: London Bridge, London + Client visits across Southeast & Southwest London

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: £28,100 + Bonuses & Progression within first 6 months


Apex Resources is looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Industrial division based in London Bridge. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. From day one, you'll receive hands-on training and mentoring from one of our leading Industrial Recruitment Managers with over 15 years' experience, giving you a genuine pathway to progress through the recruitment ranks.

The Role

You'll begin as an Account Coordinator assisting with resourcing and account management, supporting a major high street retail client with high-volume temporary warehouse staffing across Southeast and Southwest London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a key high-volume retail account
  • Resource, book and coordinate temporary warehouse operatives
  • Screen, register and onboard candidates
  • Carry out weekly onsite client visits
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage daily staffing levels and fulfil client requirements
  • Process weekly sign-ins and timesheets
  • Support payroll and compliance processes
  • Work closely with the Division Manager

What We're Looking For

  • A stable work history
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, estate agency (within an office environment), or an understanding of industrial/logistics recruitment or warehousing is desirable
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A motivated, driven and career-focused attitude
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week) at our London Bridge office. Regular travel to client sites across Southeast and Southwest London is required, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
