Trainee Recruitment Consultant - High Performers Programme

Q - Are you an ambitious & hard-working individual looking to kickstart a career in recruitment?

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing, high-performing team. We have a large, modern, well-resourced office in the middle of Maidstone (with parking) and a team of established high performers that will train and support you to become a big biller yourself.

We are specifically looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant that we can coach to become a high performer. You will receive expert guidance from our highest performers, all of which have a track-record of earning 6 figures a year, due to consistent hard-work. Recruitment is easy if you are a grafter that can put in the work and hold yourself accountable.

What we're looking for:

We want someone with the raw ingredients to become a high performer.

If you're competitive, genuinely driven and financially motivated, we will teach you the rest.

  • You don't need to have any knowledge of the education sector, nor any recruitment experience.
  • Previous sales experience could help, but it's far from essential.
  • You don't need to be an extrovert or the loudest in the room. Multiple personality types can be excellent in recruitment. The best consultants will listen more than they speak.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
