We're looking for ambitious, driven people to join our Manchester team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants (Talent Delivery Executives). Whether you're a graduate or already have experience in sales, recruitment or another customer-focused environment, we'll provide the training, technology and support to help you build a successful career.

Role Description
As a Talent Delivery Executive, you'll help identify and engage exceptional candidates for our clients by:

- Building relationships with candidates across the learning and education sector
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI technology and our CRM to identify talent
- Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and career goals
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting experienced consultants on live recruitment projects
- Learning consultative recruitment from industry specialists
As your experience grows, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a client-facing role.
Ideal Candidate
You'll likely be someone who is:
- A graduate or someone with equivalent commercial experience
- Ambitious and motivated to build a successful career
- Naturally competitive and enjoys achieving goals
- Resilient and positive when faced with challenges
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Organised, proactive and eager to learn
- Someone who takes pride in delivering excellent results
Recruitment experience isn't essential - we're far more interested in attitude than background.
