Adapt Talent
Established in 2018, Adapt Talent is a fast-growing Technology Recruitment Startup based in Essex, San Diego, Philadelphia and Dubai. We focus on US Web3 and Artificial Intelligence clients from our UK office. Our clients include the likes of Universal Music, TikTok, Two Sigma and Shopify.
We are seeking several Trainee Recruitment Consultants who can become our next wave of successful recruiters. No experience is needed; we will train you from day one. We need individuals who are resilient, eager to learn, and always thinking outside of the box.
Our trainee scheme
The Adapt Talent trainee scheme is designed to completely train and work with applicants from day one to support and mentor you into becoming a successful recruiter. Each trainee will start with an intensive four-week training course. During these four weeks, you'll work with one of the company directors to understand our business and our core markets and you'll get some hands-on experience with the day to day tasks that your role will progress to.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
