Package: £27,000 - £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

The Role:
- Recruit Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Sales Leaders across the SaaS market
- Build relationships with founders, CROs and hiring managers at venture-backed technology businesses
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation and placement
- Become a trusted market specialist by providing hiring insight and talent intelligence to clients

The Requirements:
- Degree educated or previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Competitive, ambitious and motivated by financial rewards
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Looking to build a long-term career in a high-performance environment where hard work is recognised and rewarded
