The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building a relationship with the client and listening to what their ideal candidate would be
- Negotiate the contract and commission structure you will be working with
- Source the candidate by cold calling, headhunting, advertising, and networking
- Guiding the candidate through the interview process, organizing all their meetings
- Give advice on what to say/not to say in an interview
- Receive an offer for your candidate and make a placement

- £28k base salary – increasing to £32k once promoted

The Perfect Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales experience, such as door-to-door sales or B2B
- Degree educated 2:1 or above from a Russell Group
- Minimum BBB at A level – not BTECs
- Resilient and won’t give up
- Competitive – against yourself to achieve higher
- Confident communication skills
- Empathetic
