About the Role
Finlay Jude Associates is looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. No recruitment experience is required. We provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for career progression.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and advertising
- Screen and interview candidates via telephone and video calls
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms
- Match candidates to suitable opportunities
- Provide advice and support throughout the recruitment process
- Obtain references and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records and databases
