£27,000 starting salary + uncapped commission
My client is a specialist recruitment firm focused exclusively on the US Construction sector.
They operate in one of the most lucrative and resilient recruitment markets globally, placing talent into critical construction and technical roles across the United States, where average fees sit at $25,000-$45,000 per placement.
This is a high-performance, niche specialist environment where success is measurable, rewarded, and accelerated.
The Opportunity:
- You'll join a high-performing team of 12 consultants, working in a close-knit, competitive and commercially driven environment.
- Their consultants consistently achieve exceptional results:
- Average fee: $25k–$45k
- Multiple consultants billing 6-figures in a quarter
Your Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

- Partner with international clients to diagnose hiring needs and workforce challenges
- Build and execute targeted attraction strategies for specialist talent pools
- Interview, assess and match high-calibre candidates to niche roles
- Develop long-term client and candidate relationships within your market
- Drive new business development and grow your own specialist desk
- Operate as a trusted market expert within your vertical
What They're Looking For:
You'll be considered if you have:
- A degree 2:1 and above
- OR 6+ months proven success in B2B / C2C sales environments
Above all, you will be:
- Highly ambitious and commercially motivated
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
- Social, confident, and relationship-driven
- Hungry to build a high-earning career, not just a job
