The Business - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Founded in 2007 by two highly respected recruitment leaders with over 35 years of combined industry experience, this specialist legal recruitment firm works exclusively with elite law firms, global banks, corporates, and financial institutions.

With strong year-on-year growth and international expansion underway (including a planned US office launch), the business is now hiring 6 driven graduates or career-starters to join an elite trainee intake.

You’ll be trained directly by the founders, gaining first-hand exposure to what it takes to succeed at the highest level in recruitment.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You’ll play a key role in a fast-paced, high-reward environment, acting as a trusted consultant between elite legal talent and industry-leading clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing long-term client relationships
  • Identifying, sourcing, and interviewing top-tier legal professionals
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Managing negotiations and closing deals
  • Becoming a market expert within your legal specialism
