Founded in 2015, our client is a specialist technology recruitment firm partnering with some of the world's most innovative companies. Following rapid UK success, they've expanded internationally to New York, Amsterdam, and San Francisco.
They are now hiring ambitious Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding London team.

- £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission (£50,000 OTE year one)

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the tech sector, building relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview top tech talent
- Build and manage client relationships
- Understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Develop new business opportunities
- Provide a high-quality candidate and client experience

Requirements: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2025 or 2026 graduate (all degrees considered)
- Previous commercial experience (sales, customer service, account management, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, target-driven, and financially motivated
- Resilient and organised in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability
