Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + Uncapped Commission
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (3:30pm finish every Friday)
Hybrid Working: Available after successful completion of probation

Our client is an established and growing recruitment business looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team. You'll inherit a warm desk, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with existing clients while developing new business.

What you'll be doing

  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing a warm recruitment desk
  • Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable vacancies
  • Writing engaging job adverts and advertising vacancies
  • Conducting candidate interviews and registrations
  • Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Working towards individual and team targets while earning uncapped commission
