Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + Uncapped Commission
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (3:30pm finish every Friday)
Hybrid Working: Available after successful completion of probation

Our client is an established and growing recruitment business looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team. You'll inherit a warm desk, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with existing clients while developing new business.
What you'll be doing
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing a warm recruitment desk
- Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable vacancies
- Writing engaging job adverts and advertising vacancies
- Conducting candidate interviews and registrations
- Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Working towards individual and team targets while earning uncapped commission

- A confident and enthusiastic communicator

- Strong customer service, sales or relationship-building skills would be advantageous
- A genuine desire to learn and develop within recruitment
