Founded in 2014, the business now has 90+ people across London, Austin and Kuala Lumpur and a clear goal: to become the globally recognised leader in network engineering recruitment. Every consultant joins a specialist team – connectivity, critical infrastructure, enterprise networks, AI and data centres, cyber security or contract – so you build real expertise and a market of your own.
The role
This is a true trainee position and everyone in the business started in the same place. Think of your first two years like a graduate scheme. Your first six months are about learning your market and the fundamentals of recruitment and sales. From six to twelve months, you develop into a 360 recruiter, working across both candidates and clients. From month twelve onwards, you'll build your own network and establish yourself as a specialist in your niche.

Day to day, you'll be headhunting network and infrastructure professionals, building relationships with hiring managers, winning new business and managing the process from first call to placement.
Training and progression
- 100+ hours of structured training in your first few months, delivered by the founders and leadership team
- A dedicated performance coach: 1-2-1s, rookie cohort workshops and live desk coaching on your calls
- An in-house learning platform with 70+ videos and 100+ hours of content, with commission for completing and implementing your training
- Published, transparent promotion targets: Consultant at around 6 months, Senior Consultant at 17 months, Principal at 2 years 2 months and Team Leader at 3 years on average
- Monthly Rookie of the Month, MVP and Top Biller awards

The office
