Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Transport & Logistics

You'll be joining our growing Transport & Logistics division, spending your first six months supporting our busy Driving team. This is the perfect opportunity to learn the ropes, work on live vacancies from day one, and build the foundations for a successful career in recruitment.

With full training, ongoing mentoring, and a supportive team around you, you'll gain hands-on experience sourcing candidates, managing bookings, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates. As your confidence grows, you'll progress into managing your own recruitment desk within our Transport & Logistics division.

We're looking for someone who is confident, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Recruitment isn't a typical 9-to-5 career, and your first 6–12 months will require commitment, resilience, and a strong work ethic. If you're prepared to put in the effort, you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with genuine progression and excellent earning potential.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting our fast-paced Driving team with live vacancies
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Interviewing, registering, and matching candidates to suitable opportunities
  • Coordinating interviews, bookings, compliance, and candidate availability
  • Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive search
  • Learning the full 360 recruitment process with ongoing coaching and development
  • Building your personal brand across LinkedIn, phone, email, and networking

What we're looking for

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with people
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by success
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, logistics, hospitality, or recruitment is advantageous but not essential
