Looking to start your career somewhere you'll be properly trained, supported and given the opportunity to progress?
We're working with a best-in-class specialist recruitment business operating across the Governance market, with clients including TikTok, Amazon and Rolls-Royce.
They're looking specifically for graduates to join their growing team. You'll work in a hybrid environment, with a genuinely supportive and nurturing culture and plenty of access to senior people from day one.
What is recruitment?
Recruitment is essentially sales, relationship management and problem-solving combined.
You'll work with businesses to understand who they need to hire, identify the right people in the market, build relationships with candidates and clients and manage the process through to a successful placement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Over time, you'll develop your own network, become an expert in your market and take on increasingly senior relationships.
Why this business?
One of the biggest advantages is the training.
You'll be trained directly by two Directors, one of whom comes from a dedicated training background. Rather than being thrown in at the deep end, you'll have experienced people around you who are invested in helping you develop.
The business is also best-in-class within its specialist markets, working with some seriously impressive global organisations and giving graduates the opportunity to build relationships with senior professionals early in their careers.
Who are they looking for?
We're looking for graduates who are:
- Confident and comfortable speaking to people
- Commercially minded and motivated by achievement
- Curious and interested in understanding people and businesses
- Organised and able to manage multiple conversations
- Competitive, but collaborative
- Ambitious and keen to develop
