Job Description
TRIA Recruitment are a Bristol based Tech and Digital recruitment consultancy with ambitious growth plans throughout 2026/2027. If you are looking to get into the sales industry then we are searching for talented Trainee Recruitment Consultants (IT & Digital Recruitment) to join the team and be part of shaping our continued success.
The Role:
We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work alongside our Senior Consultants and Managers delivering top talent into various clients and sectors in the Tech and Digital space. You will be fully trained on all aspects of the role, including job board/database searching, headhunting on LinkedIN, Networking and the whole facilitation of the recruitment lifecycle.

We offer salaries up to £26,000 with an uncapped commission plan with no threshold.
