What would your responsibilities be at Franklin Fitch as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

  • Generating new business through research and business development
  • Actively sourcing new candidates through headhunt calls and LinkedIn
  • Interviewing and mentoring candidates as they progress and speak with your clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your client and candidate base
  • Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets
  • Make placements and collect the commission!

What are the required skills to become a Franklin Fitch Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

  • Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
  • Experience working alongside education – hospitality, retail, sales, internships, etc.
  • Demonstrated excellence in something – sports, music, work, academics, etc.
  • Passionate about building a long-term career
  • Naturally competitive and driven
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities
