What would your responsibilities be at Franklin Fitch as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
- Generating new business through research and business development
- Actively sourcing new candidates through headhunt calls and LinkedIn
- Interviewing and mentoring candidates as they progress and speak with your clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your client and candidate base
- Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets
- Make placements and collect the commission!

What are the required skills to become a Franklin Fitch Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working alongside education – hospitality, retail, sales, internships, etc.
- Demonstrated excellence in something – sports, music, work, academics, etc.
- Passionate about building a long-term career
- Naturally competitive and driven
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities
