Entry Level/Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Sales & Business Development Career | Newcastle
£27,600 Base Salary + Unlimited Commission (OTE 35-40K year 1, OTE 45-60K year 2)
Have you built some transferable experience in any sales, business development, fundraising, customer retention, call centers, or another target-driven people based role? Ready to take your earning potential and career progression to the next level?
We're looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals with some experience in a sales, business development, fundraising, customer service, or customer-facing environment curious to commit to lucrative long-term career in specialist IT recruitment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a specialist tech Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own exciting portfolio of enterprise clients and candidates...
- Winning new business and developing revenue generating client relationships
- Building and managing your own client portfolio for perm roles/temp projects
- Identifying and engaging with specialist technology professionals proactively
- Sourcing CVs online via LinkedIn, Job sites, Network Referrals, Database Regen
- Candidate screening, managing interviews, negotiating job offers, onboarding
- Becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates full cycle end to end
This is a highly commercial business development/sales based role where your effort, resilience, and performance directly impact your earnings and career progression.

- Uncapped commission with no earning limits (average £35-40k plus OTE in year 1 - increasing yearly, but you can make more based on your success)
