Partnering with over 200 local authorities and housing associations, the firm thrives in matching experienced consultants to urgent or interim needs. They operate in both public and private sectors, with a strong emphasis on commercial and investment assets in the private sector and a mixed portfolio of assets (commercial, operational, leisure, retail, and rural/agricultural) in local authorities.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Build and manage relationships from day one, with start-ups, scale-ups, key decision-makers and businesses across leading financial markets.
  • Speak with high-calibre and leading professionals about their careers.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
  • Understanding client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Source and engage top-tier talent and candidates across multiple search channels
  • Act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients throughout the whole recruitment process
  • Provide engaging interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation support and guidance
  • Drive new business through pitching to high-growth tech and cybersecurity companies
  • Consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets through placements, revenue and growth
  • Further developing your own specialist market and personal brand
