About Us
We collaborate with prominent brands such as Deliveroo, Pepsi, and The Body Shop, focusing on digital and e-commerce recruitment for some of the UK's fastest-growing companies. Located in Lancaster, we provide a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days from home.
Recruitment Consultants Wanted
We are seeking Recruitment Consultants at all levels, including Trainee, Senior Consultant, and Team Leader. Your responsibilities will include cold calling clients to secure business, nurturing these relationships through regular online and in-person meetings. You will source candidates using advanced search techniques across various platforms, qualify them through effective questioning, and match them with the right clients by understanding their needs. You will negotiate, influence, and persuade to achieve the best outcomes, as well as write compelling sales copy and apply basic content marketing techniques.
