Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target and onboard potential clients and candidates
  • Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through effective communication and understanding of their hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Leverage existing networks and cultivate new relationships to expand the client and candidate base.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment process and exceed client expectations.
  • Market research to establish a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
  • Regularly update and cleanse the internal database/CRM to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track/take notes of client interactions, business development activities, and sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
