£28k Base | £55k+ OTE Year 1 | No Recruitment Experience Needed
I'm working with one of the UK's leading legal recruitment firms who are looking to grow their trainee team.

- £28,000 basic salary

The role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a specialist within the legal market, managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Headhunting and approaching high-calibre legal professionals
- Winning new business and developing existing client accounts
- Understanding client hiring needs and advising on recruitment strategy
- Managing interview processes and preparing candidates for every stage
- Negotiating offers, salaries, and start dates
- Keeping up to date with market trends to become a true specialist in your niche
- Building your own network and personal brand within the market
- Working towards individual and team targets in a high-performance environment
