We're working with a Manchester-based recruitment start-up specializing in high-end technology roles across the US market.

You'll be recruiting into some of the most innovative technology businesses across the East and West Coast of the US, working on specialist roles where individual recruitment fees can reach $50k–$70k+.

One thing to be aware of...
You're recruiting into the US, so some calls will take place in the evening when clients and candidates are available. It won't mean working late every night, but you do need to be comfortable with some flexibility around your hours.
In return, you're getting access to a market where the fees, clients, and earning potential are considerably higher than traditional UK recruitment.
Who are they looking for?
You don't need recruitment experience. We're ideally looking for someone who is:
- A graduate with strong communication skills and the ambition to build a career
- Or has previous sales/commercial experience and wants to move into a higher-value environment
- Confident engaging with senior people and able to hold a credible conversation
- Comfortable asking questions, understanding complicated requirements, and getting to the heart of what someone actually needs
- Commercially minded and motivated by results
- Competitive, resilient, and comfortable with rejection
- Able to manage multiple conversations and stakeholders at the same time
- Interested in technology, business, and the US market
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
