- £28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k!
- Direct training from the partners as well as weekly sessions from external trainers!
- Exceptional commission structure all the way up to 40% with no threshold, meaning everything you bill you’ll make money off!!

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold Calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/ role you can offer them, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
- Guiding candidates through the process offing advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
- Negotiating deals
- Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/ understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires
- Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector

The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Financially Driven- a strong desire to earn big and be successful!
- Competitive- someone who thrives in these sort of environments, a background in sports or similar is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Degree educated or commercial experience
